Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct site visits to take accurate measurements and assess project requirements.
• Prepare and send out detailed quotations to clients based on gathered data and client specifications.
• Follow up consistently on proposals and quotations to ensure project awards and conversions from inquiry to contract.

Requirements
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles, preferably in a construction, manufacturing, or wooden furniture-related industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.
• Strong analytical skills to assess marketing strategies and implement successful improvements.
• Proficient in marketing techniques, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing. Understanding how to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve business strategies.
