We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Dexnova Consulting Limited, a leading marketing and distribution company in Nigeria.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with customers, and managing a portfolio of clients across multiple locations. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector, and will be able to demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Manage a territory sales team to drive sales growth and performance
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of territory management and CRM software
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- N200,000 - N250,000 per month salary
- HMO and pension benefits
- Incentives for high performers
