Job Overview:
As a seasoned Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and market expansion. The ideal candidate will possess excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills to identify new business opportunities and establish strong partnerships with key stakeholders.
About the Role:
The Business Development Manager will be part of the LUGAD Group team and report directly to the leadership. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding the company's market reach in the Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth through new partnerships and business opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with OOH media providers, foreign and local media buyers, and advertisers.
- Cultivate and onboard new business accounts, focusing on user-base growth through value-based product offerings.
- Monitor revenue performance and implement strategies to improve campaign execution, lead generation, and retention.
- Analyze market trends, conduct competitor analysis, and stay up-to-date with industry developments to inform marketing strategies and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Between 3-5 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or sales.
- Proven ability to identify business opportunities that drive revenue growth.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience with marketing analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
