Job Role

The Campus Pastor Assistant provides essential administrative support to the Campus Pastor, enabling them to focus on strategic ministry initiatives. This role involves managing the pastor's calendar, coordinating office activities, and offering administrative assistance with correspondence, reports, and files.

Key Accountabilities
  • Manage the Campus Pastor's calendar, ensuring timely appointment scheduling and travel arrangements.
  • Provide administrative support, including drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordinate daily office activities, directing the workflow within the Senior Pastor's office as needed.
  • Support the Campus Pastor in preparing worship materials for weekly services and special events.

This position requires outstanding organizational skills, effective communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, highly organized, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
