The Executive Office Coordinator will serve as a key member of the senior leadership team, providing administrative support to the Campus Pastor. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the pastor's office, managing their calendar, and coordinating daily activities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Campus Pastor's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Provide administrative support, including drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate daily office activities, directing the workflow within the Senior Pastor's office as needed.
- Prepare worship materials for weekly services and special events, collaborating with the pastor and other staff members.
This role demands exceptional organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
