Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Campus Pastor/Line Manager, including preparing correspondence, making travel arrangements, and coordinating events.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff, members, stakeholders, and external partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in administrative support functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and social media web platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
