Investment and Expansion Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Franchising and Investment Officer to join our team at Fort Knox Outsourcing. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and strong negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy Execution: Prepare and execute the marketing strategy for the Company's franchise opportunity to attract new franchisees.
- Market Research: Identify and research potential markets / sites to launch new franchise stores for retail expansion.
- Franchisee Screening: Screen potential franchisee by analyzing investment requirements, potential of franchisee, financials, franchisee experience and vision.
- Agreement Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of each franchise agreement.
- Franchise Support: Offer continuous support to franchisees, to ensure the overall success of the business.
- Relation Management: Manage relations with landlords, mall management, and building management, developers, and leasing executives for the stores in Nigeria.
- Contract Review: Negotiate and review lease agreements, and other contractual agreements, as well as development of relevant agreements, procedures, reports and related documents.
- Store Setup: Ensuring a successful setup of new franchise stores by collaborating with team members in other departments.
- Category Buying: Oversee Category Buying and Supply Chain, ensuring product ordering and delivery for franchise stores.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma.
- Minimum of 4 years working experience in Franchising and Investment, Business Development or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of new site identification and selection is required
