Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficient sales and customer service.
  • Manage sales staff to achieve sales targets and improve profitability.
  • Monitor sales performance and recommend improvements to increase store sales.
  • Participate in promotional campaigns and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
  • Help train staff on providing excellent customer service.
  • Help monitor product levels, stock replenishment, and stock rotation to minimize shrinkage.
  • Assist with the proper display and merchandising of products.
