About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Executive to join our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting sales initiatives, and contributing to the overall success of our programs.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our programs, including courses, certifications, and features
• Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries across various Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger)
• Facilitate the enrollment process for prospective learners, ensuring they understand course benefits, certifications, and requirements
• Collaborate with the sales team to implement sales strategies and achieve enrollment targets
• Engage with leads generated from Meta channels to convert inquiries into enrollments
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role, preferably in education or healthcare
• Experience with Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) for business purposes is highly desirable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with diverse customer groups
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and other sales/marketing platforms
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Results-orientated mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
