Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning and management, with the ability to develop and implement detailed project plans, manage resources and budgets, and ensure quality standards are met.

Responsibilities
  1. Schedule Performance Index (SPI): Ensure efficient project timelines and maintain a high schedule performance index.
  2. Cost Performance Index (CPI): Ensure cost-effectiveness in project execution and maintain a high cost performance index.
  3. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring project objectives are met.
  4. Client Satisfaction: Achieve positive feedback from end-users and stakeholders.
  5. Budget Compliance: Deliver projects within allocated budgets.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • PMP certification.
  • At least 5 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction regulations, materials, and quality assurance practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project scheduling tools.
