Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Loan Portfolio Manager to join our team at Micash microfinance cooperative. As a key member of our financial services department, you will be responsible for managing the loan application process from start to finish. This includes evaluating the financial status of loan applicants, conducting field visits to verify loan applications, and approving or rejecting loan applications based on risk assessment and company policies.

Responsibilities:

* Evaluate the financial status of loan applicants by reviewing credit histories and financial documentation
* Conduct field visits and interviews with customers to verify loan applications and assess creditworthiness
* Approve or reject loan applications based on risk assessment and company policies
* Ensure that loan agreements are properly drafted, signed, and filed

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
* 2+ years of experience in financial services or a related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary Range:
$60,000 - $80,000 per year
