Hospitality Recruitment Placement Service (HRPS) is seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to existing and prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. To perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  2. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  3. Promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  4. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  5. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

This role requires a high level of motivation, excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills, as well as a strong ability to analyze the market and provide regular sales reports. In return, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and grow professionally.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of work experience as a Sales Representative, a strong educational background, preferably SSCE, and excellent knowledge of MS Office. They should also be highly organized, able to prioritize tasks, and manage their time effectively.
