Job Overview

At HR-ON-WHEELS, we are seeking a highly skilled Cost Control and Contract Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective cost control measures to ensure project profitability.
  • Manage and review contracts to ensure compliance with terms and conditions, mitigating potential risks.
  • Monitor and control contract costs, including variations and change orders, to maintain project profitability.
  • Prepare and issue interim and final payment certificates to contractors, ensuring timely payments.
  • Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure clear communication and cooperation on financial matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, quantity surveying, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with project teams, contractors, and clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, to manage and analyze large datasets.
