Job Overview
"At DAYTONA, we are seeking an experienced Corporate Governance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law and litigation, with a proven track record of managing complex matters from initiation to resolution.

Responsibilities
"Advise on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and contract negotiations
"Represent the company in all stages of litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial phases
"Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including industry-specific legal requirements
"Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, including commercial agreements and employee-related documents
"Identify and evaluate legal risks to the company, providing recommendations on mitigating potential liabilities

Requirements
"Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate law and litigation within a corporate or law firm environment
"Strong knowledge of corporate governance and commercial law
"Proven experience managing complex litigation matters from initiation to resolution
"Experience advising on regulatory compliance and risk management
