Main Responsibilities

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with best practices in training and development

Requirements and Qualifications
• BSc/MSc in Hospitality Management, Learning and Development, Organizational Psychology, or relevant field
• 3 years of experience in a training or development role
• Proven track record of delivering effective training programs
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
