Business Operations Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Neutriherbs Nigeria. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business operations, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
About the Role
The Business Operations Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions, including sales, purchases, and expenses. This will involve monitoring and following the trail of each order to ensure accurate processing and delivery.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
- Monitor and follow the trail of each order to ensure accurate processing and delivery
- Assist in the preparation of budget and monitor financial performance against the budget
- Track inventory levels, ensuring accuracy in stock counts and coordinating with the logistics manager to manage stock effectively
- Manage employee payroll by making sure salaries are paid on time, calculating taxes and benefits, and ensuring timely payment
- Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations and keeping up-to-date with changes in tax laws
- Prepare financial statements such as profit and loss statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statements for management review
- Manage the payment of suppliers and the collection of payments from customers, ensuring timely settlements
- Utilize accounting software to manage financial data and ensure it is up-to-date and secure
Requirements
