•Portfolio Management: Developing and managing asset portfolios to maximize profitability, balancing risk to ensure optimal returns.
•Investment Strategy: Formulating and executing investment strategies that meet our organizational goals, taking into account market conditions and performance metrics.
•Asset Acquisition and Disposition: Evaluating, acquiring, and disposing of assets based on their performance and market value, ensuring that they align with our business objectives.
•Financial Analysis and Reporting: Conducting financial analysis, tracking asset performance, and preparing detailed reports for stakeholders, providing insights into portfolio performance and areas for improvement.
