Physiotherapy Support Specialist

At FriendnPal, we are seeking a highly motivated Physiotherapy Support Specialist to join our team. As a volunteer, you will play a vital role in providing essential physiotherapy services to support the physical rehabilitation and wellness of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions and mobility limitations.
• Treatment Planning: Develop and implement personalized physiotherapy treatment plans to address patients' needs.
• Therapy Sessions: Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to promote recovery and improve physical function.
• Education: Educate patients and their families about exercises, injury prevention, and self-management techniques.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, documenting progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure comprehensive care.
• Community Engagement: Participate in outreach programs and health workshops to raise awareness about physiotherapy and overall wellness.
Qualifications:
• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Physiotherapy.
• Experience: Previous clinical experience is a plus but not required.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification: Relevant certifications or licenses in physiotherapy (if applicable) are preferred.
