Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Territory Manager to join our team. As a Sales Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve volume and market share growth targets in your assigned territory.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve volume and market share growth targets in your assigned territory.
  • Managing a team of sales personnel based in different locations across the region.
  • Ensuring 100% product availability across all channels and locations within your coverage area.
  • Establishing close relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and HORECA owners to drive business growth.
  • Providing regular market and intelligence updates to management, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Implementing effective territory planning and management, as well as field force deployment and monitoring.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of total sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years of managerial experience in sales and distribution/channel management.
  • Proven expertise in trade marketing, distributor management, and customer service.
  • Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal).
  • Females are encouraged to apply.
