
Territory Sales Manager

The role of the Sales and Revenue Growth Specialist is to drive sales growth by promoting and selling high-quality cashew products across your designated territories. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, expanding customer base, and executing promotional activities to achieve sales targets.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by identifying new sales opportunities and executing effective sales strategies.
- Expand customer base by onboarding new distributors, retailers, or other clients through effective relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Conduct regular store visits to identify new sales opportunities and execute promotional activities such as product sampling or discounts.
Requirements:
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive with at least 3 years of solid experience in the FMCG industry.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
