Sales and Revenue Growth Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a designated sales territory, ensuring effective coverage, and driving sales growth through strategic planning and execution.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage a designated sales territory, ensuring effective coverage by planning daily/weekly routes to maximize time and effort.
- Optimize the use of resources to cover territory effectively by analyzing sales performance and recommending strategies for improvement.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to the team to stay ahead in the market.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, sales target breakdown, and market feedback to stakeholders.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales management with a strong background in the FMCG industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
