Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Training Administrator to join our team at the Hospitality Recruitment Placement Service (HRPS). The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our training function by communicating with participants and vendors, and assisting in developing effective programs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and work under pressure. They should also possess reliable problem-solving skills and strong project management abilities. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our training programs are engaging and run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement training programs
  • Maintain accurate training records
  • Coordinate classroom bookings and setup
  • Develop and distribute training materials
  • Serve as a point-of-contact for vendors and participants
  • Manage accounts receivable and invoice payments
  • Address issues as they arise onsite
  • Submit regular reports on training activities and results
  • Recommend program improvements and new initiatives

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Training Administrator, HR Assistant, or similar role
  • Proven experience in project management
  • Knowledge of office procedures and billing
  • Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of databases and Learning Management Systems (LMS) an asset
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
