Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Territory Sales Representative for Dental Products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets for dental products in the assigned territory, building and maintaining strong relationships with key dental professionals, practices, and institutions, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting product demonstrations and training sessions, collaborating with internal teams to provide product feedback, market insights, and customer needs, monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments, preparing and presenting sales proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements to customers, providing exceptional customer service and support, tracking and reporting sales performance, pipeline status, and competitive activities to management, representing Smile360 at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote products and build brand awareness.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the dental or medical device industry, good knowledge of dental products, proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth, excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks, proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and sales analytics tools, willingness to travel within the assigned territory and attend industry events as required, and a positive attitude, team player mentality, and passion for sales.
