Responsibilities:
• Supervise and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue and market share

• Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dealers, wholesalers, and area managers

• Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales strategies accordingly

• Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions

• Manage daily cash collection and accounts settlement processes

• Promote new products and services to existing and potential customers

• Ensure availability of products and review stock levels regularly

• Issue daily reports on product prices and sales performance

• Identify new sales leads to expand coverage of products and services

• Conduct sales calls and meetings with key customers

• Approve monthly sales plans and budgets for sales representatives

• Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements:

• A proven track record of sales success in a similar industry or role
