As a Sales Person at HEIRS LIFE ASSURANCE LIMITED, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the company by identifying opportunities, presenting products or services, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company's products or services, and effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products or services to potential clients.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Customer Support: Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Research: Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance, and report to the Sales Manager.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, particularly in the insurance industry, is preferred.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Customer Service Orientation: A strong focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Sales Techniques: Proficiency in using various sales techniques and strategies.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle objections and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Time Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
