Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team in Nigeria. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships.

In this role, you will:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and prepare detailed quotations.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles, preferably in the construction, manufacturing, or wooden furniture industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and competitor activity.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Mailchimp and data analysis software like Google Analytics.
  • Able to work independently and take initiative, with a strong focus on results and client satisfaction.
