Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Territory Manager to promote and sell our dental products and equipment in assigned territories. This role demands a strong background in sales within the healthcare industry and a proven track record of driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a Comprehensive Sales Strategy to Drive Revenue Growth
  • Establish and Maintain Strong Relationships with Dental Professionals and Institutions
  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities through Strategic Planning and Execution
  • Deliver Engaging Product Demonstrations and Training Sessions
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams for Product Feedback, Market Insights, and Competitive Analysis
  • Monitor Market Trends and Competitor Activities
  • Prepare and Present Compelling Sales Proposals and Contracts
  • Provide Superior Customer Service and Support
  • Track and Report Sales Performance and Pipeline Status
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Related Field
  • Minimum 3-5 Years of Sales Experience in Dental or Medical Device Industry
  • Thorough Knowledge of Dental Products and Their Applications
  • Proven Track Record of Exceeding Sales Targets and Driving Revenue Growth
  • Exceptional Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation Skills
  • Able to Work Independently and Manage Time Effectively
  • Proficient in CRM Software and Sales Analytics Tools
