Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of the Sales and Operations Team, you will work closely with the Marketing and Customer Success Teams to drive revenue growth and optimize operations. Your primary goal is to maximize revenue generation for the company by effectively collaborating with these teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategies for acquiring and onboarding transport and logistics businesses
• Lead the growth and management of Intercity service centers
• Oversee internal Operations Projects
• Create and maintain handbooks for operators and customers
• Identify new channels for client sourcing
• Design client acquisition and verification processes
• Ensure high performance of all onboarded accounts

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Proven work experience as a Sales or Operations Manager in a tech company
• Strong technical skills and ability to leverage different tools
• Experience working in smaller companies and handling varied tasks
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to architect strategy and lead teams
• Excellent verbal and written English skills and at least 1 major Nigerian dialect (Igbo, Yoruba, or Hausa)
