Job Title: Dynamic Sales Leader for Detergent Industry

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Sales and Distribution Executive to lead our sales efforts in the detergent industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing regional sales, optimizing distribution channels, and driving revenue growth.

About You:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of success in sales and distribution, preferably in the FMCG or detergent industry. A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience with leading brands in the detergent or home care category is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Distribution Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in assigned regions. Manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners to ensure timely product availability.
  • Market Analysis & Reporting: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive activity, and customer needs in the detergent market. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
  • Product Promotion & Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and product launches. Support in the development and execution of brand-building initiatives in local markets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and build strong relationships with existing customers while seeking new business opportunities. Resolve customer complaints and issues related to product quality, delivery, and service.
  • Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure stock availability and minimize stockouts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Distribution Channel Management: Experience in managing distribution channels and ensuring timely product availability.
  • Negotiation and Relationship-Building: Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Ability to conduct market research and analyze competitor activity.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of detergent and consumer goods products.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Leadership and Team Coordination: Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 5 years of proven experience in sales and distribution, preferably in the FMCG or detergent industry.
