Ascentech Services limited is a leading provider of innovative solutions in the detergent industry. We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Senior Regional Sales and Detergent Market Executive.

About the Role

This role involves managing regional sales, optimizing distribution channels, and driving revenue growth in the detergent sector. You will be responsible for building relationships with key distributors, retailers, and customers, while ensuring the effective execution of sales strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in assigned regions.
  • Distribution Channel Management: Manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners to ensure timely product availability.
  • Market Analysis and Reporting: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive activity, and customer needs in the detergent market. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
  • Product Promotion and Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and product launches. Support in the development and execution of brand-building initiatives in local markets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and build strong relationships with existing customers while seeking new business opportunities. Resolve customer complaints and issues related to product quality, delivery, and service.
  • Inventory and Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure stock availability and minimize stockouts.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration: Provide training and leadership to junior sales staff, ensuring a high level of performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to align sales objectives with company goals.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, and at least 5 years of proven experience in sales and distribution, preferably in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or detergent industry.

You should possess strong communication and presentation skills, as well as leadership and team coordination abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is also required.
