Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Operations team to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth and improve profitability.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop and manage their budgets, ensuring alignment with company objectives and identifying areas for cost optimization.
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decision-making, including performance analysis, variance analysis to budget, and budget control.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial management principles, including cost accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
