Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and assisting visitors, clients, and customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Handling inquiries, providing information, and answering questions in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Managing phone calls, directing them to relevant departments, and taking messages as needed.
  • Scheduling appointments, managing meeting room bookings, and maintaining organized calendars for meetings and events.
  • Performing general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Maintaining accurate records of visitor logs, appointments, and administrative activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Management Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
  • Proficient in office software, including Microsoft Office and email.
