We are a leading service provider in the Nigerian market, dedicated to delivering exceptional solutions to our clients. We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Abuja, to drive business growth and expand our institutional business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities with top real estate project companies and institutions in Nigeria.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target companies and institutions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in tiles, building materials or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Nigerian building market and products.
- Good exposure to top real estate project companies in Nigeria.
- Excellent sales and relationship-building skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
