Jossylee Homes and Properties Limited is seeking a results-driven Business Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key player in our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

The Market Positioning Specialist will:

  • Develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Identify new opportunities and build relationships with clients.
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements and developing contracts.
  • Locate potential business deals and proactively engage sales calls to new prospects.
  • Protect organization's values and maintain confidentiality.
  • Develop and implement strategies for new services.
  • Interface with existing strategic clients to solidify mutual expectations.
  • Define and follow up on periodic targets and objectives.
Requirements:

To excel as a Sales Development Director, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Sales or other relevant fields.
  • At least 2 years of Business Development experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong Client relationship Management skills and excellent Negotiation skills.
  • Market research experience and proven ability to work independently.
  • Excellent Presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate both individually and as part of a team.
