Job Description:
The Beauty Product Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expertise to clients across various channels.
This includes acting as a consultant to customers, advising on beauty lifestyle products and services, and maintaining accurate records of sales and inventory.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of beauty products and services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a beauty lifestyle product consultant to customers
- Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory
- Participate in monthly stock audits
- Develop and maintain knowledge of beauty products and services
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- OND / HND / Degree in a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
