Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute OD Strategies: Design and implement OD strategies to enhance business efficiency, employee productivity, and organizational culture.
  • Culture Transformation & Change Management: Develop and execute change management frameworks to support organizational transitions and cultural transformation initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Leadership Development & Talent Management: Develop and deliver leadership development programs to build management capability and identify and implement talent development initiatives to support career growth and succession planning.
  • Workforce Analysis & Organizational Design: Conduct workforce analysis and design organizational structures that optimize efficiency and provide insights and recommendations on role design, team dynamics, and competency frameworks.
  • Performance Management & Employee Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention and design and implement performance management frameworks to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
  • HR Policy & Process Improvement: Assess and enhance HR policies, processes, and programs to improve employee satisfaction and business alignment and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Strategic Consulting & Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on OD initiatives and collaborate with business leaders to drive people-related strategies that support business goals.
