Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Swift Consulting. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic sales plans to meet company revenue goals.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet company revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions based on clients' needs.
  • Achieve sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the real estate industry.
  • Basic knowledge of the sales cycle, identifying opportunities, engaging prospects, and closing deals to contribute to company growth.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proximity to Lekki Phase 2 is compulsory.
What We Offer
