Business Development Manager

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Maintain current client relationships and identify areas for potential clients

• Establish business relationships with potential clients and meet with them

• Develop new sales areas and improve sales through various methods

• Research the latest industry trends and create new opportunities to expand business

• Collaborate with sales and design teams to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals

• Train Affiliate marketers to improve sales goals and meet expectations

• Maintain a strong understanding of company products or services, as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive

**Qualifications/Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a similar area

• 3-4 years of proven working experience in the Real Estate Industry

• Proven sales track record

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, to express technical and non-technical concepts clearly and concisely

• Technical skills required to create proposals and find solutions to meet client requirements, such as using software programs

• Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities

• Proactive, organized, and able to handle work under stressful and uncertain environments
