Administrative Manager Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations, including procurement, vendor relationship, and facility maintenance.
  • Supervise and mentor administrative staff, fostering a positive and high-performing team environment.
  • Maintain accurate records, database, and reporting systems.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and health and safety regulations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in administrative roles, with 2+ years in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Expertise in office software and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Budget management and financial reporting experience.
  • Certifications such as PMP, CAP, or similar credentials are a plus.
