Role Overview

Kisha Consulting is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Acquisition Partner to join our team. The Partner will play a crucial role in expanding our client base by identifying and attracting individuals and families interested in relocating or migrating to the UK, US, and Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients interested in relocation or migration to the UK, US, and Canada for studies, permanent residency, start-up visas, business immigration, or citizenship acquisition.
  • Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and expand the client base, including networking events, partnerships, and outreach initiatives.
  • Consultative Approach: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing them with comprehensive information and guidance on immigration and relocation services offered by Kisha Consulting.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the client acquisition and onboarding process.
  • Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed agreed-upon targets for client acquisition and revenue generation, contributing to the overall growth and success of Kisha Consulting.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, immigration policies, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in client acquisition or business development, preferably in the immigration or travel consultancy industry.
  • Network: Established network of potential clients and industry contacts, with a focus on individuals and families interested in relocation or migration to the UK, US, and Canada.
  • Sales Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of Kisha Consulting's services effectively.
  • Knowledge: Sound understanding of immigration laws and regulations in the UK, US, and Canada, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Results-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a relentless focus on driving results and achieving success.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field (preferred).
Compensation

The Client Acquisition Partner will be compensated on a commission basis for each successful client they bring to Kisha Consulting, between $500-$1500 per client.
