**Job Title:** Senior Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Rep to join our team at BEST SERVICE RAYA in Ibadan, Oyo State.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, acquiring new dealers, and developing strong relationships with customers. If you have a proven track record in sales and a passion for business development, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

About the Role:

  • Acquire new dealers specialized in appliances and establish long-term relationships with them.
  • Follow up with registered dealers on a daily basis to assist them in placing orders and sharing essential information.
  • Visit inactive dealers regularly to understand their needs and challenges, and report back to management to inform strategic decisions.
  • Achieve revenue targets and other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by your manager.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase future business opportunities and keep them informed about market trends.
  • Research market trends to identify opportunities for new products or services that might appeal to our target audience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree / HND / OND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Home Appliances and Electronics industry.
  • Strong wholesale experience and key account management skills.
  • Excellent networking and communication skills.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of N6,500,000 per annum, plus commission, making the total remuneration approximately N8,000,000 - N10,000,000 per annum.
