Online Business Development Lead

The Online Business Development Lead will play a key role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion. This position requires a strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to acquire new customers, expand existing relationships, and increase revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion
• Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute commercial campaigns that drive sales and revenue growth
• Ensure timely launch of new products and services, including testing and analysis to ensure customer satisfaction
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform product development and marketing strategies
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and other relevant technologies
