Proven Sales Expert

Sales Process Management: Effectively manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals. Clearly communicate the value proposition of our Tech courses to prospective clients.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients. Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional products or services to existing clients. Ensure that clients are aware of all available options and receive personalized recommendations.
Customer Feedback Collection and Analysis: Gather customer feedback to improve product offerings and enhance customer satisfaction. Analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the digital products industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of the tech education market and its trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using CRM and sales enablement tools.
Preferred Skills:
Experience selling Tech courses or related educational products. Knowledge of the local market and its trends. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
