Job Description

Tangerine Africa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Insurance Sales Productivity Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving new acquisition of business and renewals.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Productivity Manager on recruitment and selection of viable Financial Advisor (marketers) for the unit.
  • Mentorship and Team building.
  • Growing unit active retail workforce to a minimum of 80% performance.
  • Generating Team weekly performance and activities report for submission to Business Manager.
  • Driving all unit renewals in collaboration with FAs and customer service team.
  • Ensuring prompt resolution to team retail business issues and lapses.
  • Collaborating with FA'S to generate a worksite for Unit.

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate who possesses excellent leadership skills, strong communication and problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of success in sales and business development.
