Vivo Mobile Nigeria is looking for a highly skilled South-East Regional Business Lead to spearhead our sales efforts in the South-eastern part of Nigeria. This role requires a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, leading and managing a team of sales professionals, and building and maintaining strategic partnerships with key customers, distributors, and retailers.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to drive sales growth and market share expansion
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key customers, distributors, and retailers
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to drive business results
  • Analyze sales performance data and provide insights to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of sales management experience in the mobile device industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
