About Us:

We are Plugz Strategic Services, a dynamic team seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Acquisition Specialist to join our growing organization. This critical role is responsible for driving significant customer growth through the development and execution of innovative acquisition strategies.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate is a highly active and experienced digital sales specialist with a proven ability to identify, engage, and convert potential customers into loyal brand advocates. You will be a key player in expanding our customer base and contributing directly to the company's revenue growth.

  • Develop and Implement Acquisition Strategies: Design and execute multi-channel customer acquisition plans, including digital marketing campaigns, social media engagement, content marketing, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and paid advertising (PPC).
  • Digital Sales Expertise: Actively engage with potential customers online, leveraging social media, email, and other digital platforms to build relationships, qualify leads, and close deals.
  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and target ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and develop effective lead generation strategies. Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria and nurture them through the sales funnel.
  • Campaign Management & Optimization: Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, social media advertising, and other relevant channels.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on customer acquisition metrics.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer acquisition channels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree: In Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record: Successfully driving customer growth in B2B or B2C within the tech industry environment.
  • Digital marketing expertise: Extensive experience in digital marketing and sales, with a deep understanding of online customer acquisition strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills: Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Motivation: Highly motivated, results-oriented, and with a strong sense of ownership.
