About Us:
We are Plugz Strategic Services, a forward-thinking organization seeking a seasoned digital sales professional to drive customer growth and expansion. This critical role requires a strategic thinker who can design and execute innovative acquisition plans to achieve business objectives.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate is an accomplished digital sales expert with a proven ability to identify, engage, and convert potential customers into loyal brand advocates. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing customer acquisition strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Acquisition Strategy Development: Design and execute multi-channel customer acquisition plans, including digital marketing campaigns, social media engagement, content marketing, and paid advertising.
- Digital Sales Performance: Actively engage with potential customers online, leveraging social media, email, and other digital platforms to build relationships, qualify leads, and close deals.
- Lead Nurturing: Identify and target ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and develop effective lead generation strategies. Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria and nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Campaign Optimization: Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, social media advertising, and other relevant channels.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on customer acquisition metrics.
- Industry Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer acquisition channels.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Proven track record of successfully driving customer growth in B2B or B2C within the tech industry environment.
- Digital Marketing Skills: Extensive experience in digital marketing and sales, with a deep understanding of online customer acquisition strategies.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Collaboration: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Motivation: Highly motivated, results-oriented, and with a strong sense of ownership.
