Job Description
As a Human Capital Business Partner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, strategies, and procedures that align with our organization's goals. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR policies, strategies, and procedures that promote accountability and high performance across all departments.
  • Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Lead the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top-tier hospitality talent, ensuring a seamless onboarding process that integrates new hires into our company culture and service standards.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that enhances employee satisfaction and productivity, addressing and resolving employee relations issues, promoting open communication, and ensuring fair and consistent practices.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance management systems that promote accountability and high performance across all departments, providing guidance to managers on goal setting, feedback, and addressing performance gaps.
  • Training and Development: Identify and address training needs in key hospitality areas such as guest services, food and beverage, and hotel management, coordinating learning programs to enhance skills and service delivery, leveraging digital tools where appropriate.
  • Compensation and Benefits Management: Manage compensation structures and employee benefits, ensuring they are competitive within the hospitality industry, regularly reviewing and updating packages to retain and motivate top talent.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and internal HR policies, developing and implementing strategies to manage HR risks and ensure crisis management readiness.
  • HR Analytics and Reporting: Provide regular HR reports on workforce metrics, turnover rates, and compliance, continuously evaluating HR systems to streamline tasks and improve HR service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • Proven experience in strategic HR leadership, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop insights to inform business decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex HR issues.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and technology, with the ability to leverage these resources to enhance HR service delivery.
