Overview:

  • The Sales Leadership Position is responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and overseeing the sales team in the renewable energy sector.
  • This role requires a strong understanding of photovoltaic (PV) systems and related products, as well as exceptional sales abilities with a demonstrated capacity to meet and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for electricity metering products to achieve revenue goals.
  2. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including utility companies, government agencies, and other potential customers.
  4. Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team to ensure they meet individual and team targets.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements in electricity metering.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Sales, or Business Management.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of work experience in the solar industry, preferably as a Sales Engineer or in a sales-related role.
  • Demonstrated team management experience and leadership capabilities.
