Our services include Speech Therapy, Behavior Intervention, Sensory Integration, Academic Therapy and Vocational Training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in implementing person-centered programs utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis and Positive Behavior Support best practices.
  • Support children by teaching functional skills, developing communication systems and enhancing social skills within a framework that provides choice and promotes empowerment.
  • Monitor and record accurate daily data on each child's targets as per service requirements.
  • Support children during times of disruptive behavior.
  • Ensure all program materials are organized and accessible.
  • Assist children with self-help skills including personal care and hygiene needs (e.g., toileting, nappy changing, feeding, bathing, nail cutting, and medication).
  • Model best practice and professionalism at all times.
  • Attend mandatory trainings, team meetings and self-directed e-learning modules.
  • Promote safeguarding and wellbeing for children to the highest standard.
  • Carry out other duties as required by the Program Director.
Requirements
  • Must have at least 1 year of applied experience working with individuals with a diagnosis of developmental delay and/or autism.
  • 1+ year of applied experience working with individuals with speech sound disorders is an added advantage.
  • Must have experience in managing challenging behaviors.
  • Must have experience in utilizing ABA methodologies for skill acquisition.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Candidates with a degree in Psychology, Child Development Studies, Special Education or related fields will be given preference.
  • ABAT or RBT also preferred.
Location

Candidates must be resident in Lagos or willing to relocate at their own cost.
